Do you offer guest passes?

No, but you can bring a friend to watch if you want to show off your skills.  If you are just curious and want to come check us out and watch a workout you are more than welcome.

Do you offer trial memberships?

Accepted Answer

We offer no-commitment, month-to-month memberships.  You are welcome to pay for as many months in advance as you like.

Are children allowed entry?

Children over 6 may be permitted but must be screened first.  Please call 918.260.2628 to schedule an appointment.  Our gym is small and not climate controlled and will not be a safe environment for infants.

What classes do you offer?

Our gym follows a self-directed style of workout.  When you first sign up you will be matched with a coach to show you the routine and then you will be on your own from there.

-8-rounds of bag-work
-2-rounds of mitt-work
-5 minute cool-down
